This role requires advanced CNC programming expertise, as well as proficiency in operating a variety of machining equipment. Requirements Key Requirements Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, consisting of four 10-hour shifts. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in toolmaking, CNC programming, and machining. Technical Skills: Proficient in CNC programming (Mastercam preferred). Advanced knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, EDM machines, and manual machining tools. Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Expertise in creating electrodes for mold cavities. Work Style: Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. Tools: All necessary tools are provided by the company.   Qualifications Education: No specific degree requirement; extensive industry experience is essential. Additional Experience: Background in lean manufacturing or process optimization is a plus. Soft Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.   Physical and Environmental Requirements Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, temperature fluctuations, and other environmental stressors. Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as required. PPE: Use required personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety-toe footwear. POSITION SUMMARY: The Paint Fiberglass Coating Specialist classification consists of Paint, Gel and Buff Back Final Finish. All Paint FCSs will be cross trained in these functions and will be utilized throughout the facility, based on customer demand. WHAT YOU WILL DO:  PAINT: Produces quality parts at or above expected rate. Utilizes time and skills effectively. Inspect parts at every stage of process to identify defects and correct immediately. Identify defects & follow proper procedure for non-conformance. Ensure filters are clean and PMs are done on paint booth and sprayers. Tape any hardware exposed to the paint process to avoid overspray on hardware. Uses Knowledge of quality standard by customer to improve quality of all customers. Uses safety guidelines & proper PPE to protect self and reminds others of importance. Reads route card to identify correct materials required. Uses proper reclaiming of hazardous waste. Reads, understands, and follows procedures related to position. GEL: Ability to set up, tear down and calibrate gel guns. Ability to read a mil gauge. Checks expiration dates periodically and follows procedure for expired material. Cleans and maintains equipment to avoid down-time & quality issues. As a Vehicle Supply Technician at Northwest Ambulance, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of medical and emergency supplies in our fleet of ambulances. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are stocked with the necessary supplies for responding to emergencies and providing patient care. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficient operation and readiness of our ambulance fleet. Responsibilities: Clean and wash ambulances, both interior and exterior. Stock ambulances with medical supplies and equipment. Inspect and maintain medical equipment, ensuring proper function. Maintain and clean gurneys, CCT, and Bariatric equipment. Organize and ensure cleanliness and efficiency of the stockroom, including medical and office supplies. Perform light maintenance, such as replacing bulbs,  and conducting tire and fluid checks. Refuel ambulances and monitor fuel levels. Assist operations with various tasks and errands as needed. Communicate proactively with the logistics supervisor/manager regarding ambulance and equipment status. Adhere to all relevant company and county guidelines.
