We are a leading U.S. manufacturer in Tucson seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our team. The Production Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the manufacturing of our high-quality survey markers, monuments, and related products. You’ll ensure products meet quality standards, production goals are achieved, and the work area remains safe and clean. Responsibilities: • Set up, operate, and monitor production machines. • Read and follow work orders and technical drawings. • Inspect products for quality and accuracy. • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. • Keep work area organized and free from safety hazards. • Assist with other production tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (will train the right person). • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Production Equipment Technician at our headquarters in Santa Maria, CA. One-year certificate from college or technical school is desirable; or two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
