Perform fabrication, assembly, and packaging operations. Principal Responsibilities Fabricate fittings to customer specifications using customized fabricating equipment, hand, power tools, adhesives, and fixtures. Obtain components from stock/production. Set-up equipment to match product requirements. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate good communication skills. Inspect completed parts. Prepare parts for shipping by placing them in boxes or on pallets. Correctly label all parts and boxes as needed. Visually inspect all incoming pipes, components, and gaskets for defects. Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles. Maintains a safe working environment by following Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and attending training that is provided where required. Maintains a respectful working environment by following Human Resource Policies and attending mandatory training when required. Assist in the coordination, preparation, and execution of year-end inventory. Completing and maintaining reports for managers as required, which may include: Production reports Scrap reports Other duties may be assigned when applicable. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, however, full training will be provided Must be knowledgeable in basic math Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must be a self-starter with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills coupled with an eagerness to learn Good team player including with a demonstrated ability to chip in to and foster a positive team environment Working knowledge of Health and Safety practices is helpful. After training, should exhibit an understanding of various types and sizes of pipes. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the milling CNC operations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the activities of the 2nd shift milling CNC team. Ensure that all milling CNC machines are set up, operated, and maintained according to company standards. Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met. Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the milling process. Train and mentor team members on proper machine operation and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.   REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES: In-depth knowledge of CNC milling machines and operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring instruments and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining Experience in programming and setting up CNC mills is preferred. PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach during the duration of shift, 8-10 hours. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend. Frequently required to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated in the specific work area assigned. This position requires working night shifts. Position Summary: Penske Truck Leasing in North Everett seeks highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the unique position of Hiker (Vehicle Transporter/Truck Driver). This position is responsible for vehicle delivery and returning vehicles to Penske locations and Penske customers. Primarily, this position moves our box trucks up to 26’ and for CDL Class A will include tractors and trailer movement.
