As a Composite Operator, you’ll be trained across multiple functions including lamination, trimming, assembly, finishing, and material cutting. Your role will be essential to delivering high-quality fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) parts that meet customer standards. General: The production process operator - Bird Hanger / Positioner is responsible for maintaining and servicing the manufacturing processes by securing birds on the production line at the start of harvesting and/or during evisceration or deboning.
