Click Here to Apply Job duties include but are not limited to: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, facility systems, and plant utilities using SAP-generated work orders. • Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment to identify issues that may impact safety, quality, or efficiency. • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including PLCs, relays, motors, and AC/DC circuits. • Support continuous improvement by identifying root causes of recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions. • Train operators and other team members on basic maintenance checks and proper equipment care. • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including time worked, parts used, and job completion notes in SAP. • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and outside vendors on major repairs, upgrades, and equipment installations. • Submit requisitions for replacement parts and recommend critical spares to minimize downtime. • Adhere to all company safety programs, including Lockout Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, GMP standards, and OSHA regulations. • Participate in improvement efforts tied to sustainability, energy reduction, and reliability goals.
