Responsibilities: Coordinate processing of repair requests and custom orders while ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Review and process canceled orders Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders while coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment. Track outstanding orders and resolve any issues to prevent procurement delays. Receive, label, and store replenishment stock and organize inventory for efficient retrieval. Resolve order issues promptly, collaborating with teams for smooth operations. Assist department manager with daily administrative tasks to enhance efficiency. Monitor and process advanced shipping notices from suppliers for timely material receipt. Inspect and process product returns from customers, following established protocols. Ensure ERP system accuracy for transactions and materials movements. Proactively troubleshoot order issues for expedited execution. Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally including some team or project coordination High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry, order processing, and inventory management. Familiarity with ERP systems or similar inventory management software. Ability to navigate messaging platforms and communication tools for customer inquiries and vendor follow-ups Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of molds to ensure optimal performance. Execute intermediate resin procedures, including sanding and drilling molds, as well as fabricating trim tools, templates, and jigs.  Ensure molds are cleaned and stored properly after use to prevent damage Operate machinery to test molds before sending to production. Work closely with Engineering and Quality staff to improve overall efficiency of tools. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics).
