Responsible for weekly, monthly and yearly labor planning, staffing and schedule building.  Utilize inventory management technology, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting to meet the labor needs (short and long-term), efficiently utilize warehouse space, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Ensure proper staffing levels to maintain essential work completion, ownership, and execution. Take action to ensure appropriate adjustments to meet department goals and targets.  Forecast and continuously monitor workload gap calculations throughout day to determine and communicate surplus/deficit in hours needed with all departments.  Develop and implement innovative procedures for efficient, accurate, and timely inventory control, identify bottlenecks, and suggest solutions for optimization. About you:  High School Diploma.  At least 3 years of leadership experience at the supervision level and above. Previous accountability for department management preferred.
