Single-needle lockstitch / Zig Zag machine used to sew patches only jacket body & sleeves. 1. Single-needle walking foot machine used for jacket body construction. Sewing pocket welts + bags into flat wool panels. 2. Overlock / Serger machine used for lining construction. Assembling nylon linings + adding labels. Job Responsibilities: Operate industrial sewing machines and other equipment to assemble and sew varsity jackets according to specified patterns and instructions. Ensure the highest level of precision and quality in stitching, seams, and finishing details to meet our strict manufacturing standards. Perform tasks such as cutting fabric, attaching zippers, inserting linings, and adding embellishments with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, timely completion of orders, and adherence to production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and maintaining equipment in good working condition. If you are someone who enjoys working independently as well as in a team environment, this is the position for you. The Plant Senior EH&S Specialist will work with the plant operations team and corporate Safety team to embrace our goal of a 'zero harm workplace'.
