Adapt and revise business objectives as necessary to meet evolving goals. Requirements What We’re Looking For Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also valued. Experience: 10+ years of automotive general/plant management experience with extensive plastic injection molding and leadership experience. Minimum of ten years in a related role, preferably within the plastics manufacturing industry. Proven supervisory experience with a track record of leading large teams in a manufacturing setting. Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with exposure to mechanical operations. Physical Requirements Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moving mechanical parts.
