Serve as the main point of contact on the floor for warehouse associates, provide training, guidance, and coaching to ensure team performance and development. Monitor and prioritize workload based on incoming orders and outbound schedules to maximize space and prevent damage. Ensure accurate and timely handling of ocean containers, pallets, LCL cargo, and air freight. Monitor real-time inventory flow Troubleshoot real-time issues related to inventory discrepancies, delayed shipments, or order problems. Coordinate labor resources to meet productivity and accuracy goals across multiple clients/accounts. Process & Compliance： Implement and enforce SOPs for freight handling, barcode scanning, cross-docking, and quality control. Lead team training on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and system usage to ensure consistent execution. Collaborate regularly with other departments to maintain alignment across operations and service standards. Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and reinforcing warehouse safety policies and best practices. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOT, and internal company policies. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience,. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with RF scanning technology is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrate ability to lead by example in a team-oriented, high-volume operation. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. OSHA training/certification is highly desirable. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for an extended period Travel This position is not remote or a hybrid position Travel is not required. Summary The Production Technician is responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing our products, as well as performing measurement services related to our products.  This full-time, hourly role involves hands-on assembly and testing of precision products, as well as performing repair services in a controlled lab environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn technical concepts related to optics, photometry, and metrology. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform manual assembly and repair of components according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using imaging software and other precision tools. Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment. Maintain accurate production records, including workflow documentation and quality logs. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve assembly issues. Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures, including gowning protocols and material handling guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional training. Requirements High school diploma or GED; A.S. Electronics, technical training or certification is preferred. 6-12 months experience in cleanroom assembly, manufacturing, or technical environment; familiar with ESD protocols and procedures. Basic understanding of electronics, electronic assembly and schematic interpretation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and data collection to aid in root cause analyses. Demonstrated ability to multi-task without compromising quality or attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving product requirements to maintain productivity and quality.
