Essential Duties - Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery. - Adjust brakes, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment. - Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure they are in proper operating condition. - Use hand-tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, or precision instruments, as well as power tools, such as pneumatic wrenches. - Perform janitorial services for building. - Assist customers with vehicle releases. - Deliver equipment, parts, or tools to various worksites upon request. - Perform other duties as assigned. Basic knowledge and understanding of Distillation Columns and their Operations. Ability to learn or previous working experience with ERP Systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards to be able to enter Work Orders for equipment repairs and coordinating with the Maintenance Department. Basic knowledge and understanding of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations is a plus, but not required. Basic knowledge and understanding of the following Control Devices is a plus, but not required:  Steam Stripper for the stripping of solvents from wastewater, Thermal Oxidizer / Ground Flare, and Cryogenic Condenser. Working experience with Safe Work Permits, Hot Work Permits, Line Break Permits, Lock-Out Tag-Out Permits, and Confined Space Permits. Documentation skills and techniques.  Ability to record information in Log Books and record data/information in Batch Sheets. Basic knowledge and understanding in pulling representative samples (liquid samples) from process operations. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and storing incoming materials, ensuring that products are organized and accessible for production and shipping. Shift: 6a-2:30pm (hours may vary) Wage: $18-$20/hr DOE Material Handler Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Sort and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse. Pull orders and prepare items for shipment or production processes. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory counts. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations. Requirements Material Handler Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling position preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
