Assembler/Fabricator/Manufacturing/Shop Worker (Aiea)

Company: RMA Sales Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our fabrication shop and warehouse facility. Individual will be responsible for measuring, cutting materials, assembling/fabricating vinyl, aluminum and glass products. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical knowledge and experience working with various tools and equipment. As an employee within the shop, you will play a crucial role in the production process by taking accurate measurements, cutting, and assembling components to ensure that products are produced in a timely manner and meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work as a team player, and a commitment to safety. Advancement and other opportunities available based on performance and experience. Duties:  Measure, cut, assemble/fabricate/manufacture to desired specifications  Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively.  Fabricate parts as needed to complete assembly tasks.  Maintain a clean and organized work area within the shop/warehouse.  Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and operations.  Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.  Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the assembly process.  Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working.  Assist with filling product orders and general shop duties. Skills:  Requirements include a great attitude, willingness to learn, and someone who takes pride in their work. Must be proficient in basic math (including working with fractions) and taking precise measurements. Also, the individual should be comfortable working with power/pneumatic tools, punches and machines. Able to lift 60 lbs. The individual should be organized and able to perform individually as well as with a team.
