Support the implementation of logistics software and tools to streamline operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably in the e-commerce sector. Strong understanding of line haul transportation processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficient in logistics software and tools (experience with TMS or ERP systems is a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics). You might also install kitchen islands, ceiling beams, decorative panels, bars, even a bunk bed system.
