What You’ll Do: Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to create high-quality parts. Load and unload materials efficiently. Manufacture parts to required specifications and tight tolerances. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.). Maintain accurate production records. Perform basic machine maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including wearing required PPE. Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required. Solid understanding of machining operations preferred. Welds are judged on functionality and esthetics Must be able to perform accurate mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) Ability to work with fractions and decimals A work history of compliance to safety, quality, and productivity standards A work history that supports a good to excellent attendance record Strong mechanical abilities Fast learner and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented approach to daily work activities Able to work well in a team-oriented work environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn PREFERRED SKILLS: At least 2 years' welding experience and able to perform MIG welding.
