We’re currently looking for a Production Team Member for a wonderful company that has been in their industry for over 25 years. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Some weekend and OT work will be required when necessary, and the pay rate for this position is $18 to $20 an hour (DOE). **This position requires a background check and drug test** Duties & Responsibilities: Participate in the handling, formulation, and production of raw ingredients and finished products. Work to ensure compliance with all regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Organize and maintain supplies and equipment, and help maintain a clean and sanitary facility by participating in cleaning protocols. Maintain accurate records, including production schedules, maintenance, cleaning, and inventory. Operate major equipment for the manufacturing and in-house transportation of dietary supplements and raw ingredients. Communicate well with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and effective production process. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and equipment and facilities are operated safely and correctly. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet. Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts. This is a seasonal position. This is a non-exempt position with a hourly pay range of $25-30/hour. Stage and organize orders for shipping, production, and storage in accordance with FIFO and company/customer standards. Conduct routine, periodic, and annual inventories with accuracy and precision. Food Safety Implement and enforce departmental procedures and food safety protocols. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SQF requirements. Identify and report any food safety concerns to management immediately. Attend all required food safety training. Maintain a clean, organized, and continuously improving warehouse environment. Qualifications 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility. HACCP and SQF training preferred; familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and internal policies required. Inventory control proficiency Data entry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced production setting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Physical / Additional Requirements: Maintain great attendance at all times Ability to work late nights or early mornings as required. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
