You’re always ahead of what’s trending on TikTok, love being behind + in front of the camera, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.This role is for someone who has a sharp eye for what’s trending and knows how to make our community feel seen, heard, and engaged. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of our organic and paid content creation, and own real-time community engagement across platforms. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams and work closely with the Assistant Manager of Social and Content. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Capture and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories — including product demos, behind-the-scenes moments, event recaps, and trend-based content. Film both planned and reactive social content in-house, supporting on content shoots and jumping in to capture last-minute ideas or real-time moments. Actively manage our social community by replying to comments and DMs, engaging with fans and creators, and sparking meaningful conversations daily. Identify and engage with emerging creators, influencers, and brand fans — flagging opportunities to repost, collaborate, or amplify UGC. Be the eyes and ears of our audience: monitor trends, memes, and platform behavior to keep our content culturally relevant and timely. Help coordinate creator/influencer content collection, ensuring assets are delivered, organized, and aligned with brand voice and goals. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community engagement (internships count!). A natural content creator who’s comfortable behind the camera and knows how to make beauty content feel fresh, fun, and thumb-stopping. Strong communicator with a warm, witty tone and the ability to build community through daily interactions. Up-to-date on TikTok, Instagram, and beauty content trends — you love scrolling for inspo and know what’s working. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle filming, editing, posting, and engaging all in a day’s work. Proficient in TikTok and Instagram tools, with experience using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing platforms. Able to commute to the NYC office at least 2 days a week. Available for occasional evening/weekend events and content capture. Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

About the Role The Marketing Operations Representative will be scheduled to work in both the Player’s Club as well as at Special Events.
