Vice President of Sales Position Overview UWorld is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to drive the sales strategy and execution for our portfolio of educational products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. This role involves managing the sales team, collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and maximize results. The Vice President of Sales will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and will be instrumental in defining the future direction of the company’s growth initiatives. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance, coaching and developing team members Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position UWorld’s products effectively Collaborate with marketing to develop integrated campaigns that drive demand and sales Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, tracking performance against goals Report regularly on sales success and areas for improvement to the executive team Attend industry events to network and promote UWorld’s products Continue to innovate the sales process to better serve customers and improve efficiency Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques in the educational sector Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events Requirements Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Experience in the educational technology or publishing industry is highly desirable Exceptional negotiation and closing skills Results-oriented with a strong customer focus Willingness to embrace change and drive innovation within the sales process Background Experience: Demonstrated success in leading large sales teams and managing complex sales processes Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the educational space Experience conducting market research and utilizing insights to inform strategy Familiarity with e-learning products and services is a plus Benefits Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation (contingent on experience) Paid time off (based on sliding scale according to hire date and work hours) Generous paid holiday schedule Comprehensive benefits package (medical, vision, dental, life, disability) 401(k) plan for retirement with 5% employer matching (eligibility after 90 days of employment) At UWorld, we believe strength is derived from the talents, ideas, and experiences of a diverse workforce. On behalf of our client, F3 Metalworx, Inc., a leading sheet metal fabrication company based in Erie, PA, Decision Associates is seeking an experienced Sales Representative.  This individual will serve as both a strategic business developer and technical liaison, connecting customers with F3 Metalworx’s comprehensive metal fabrication and powder coating capabilities.   The Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets within the sheet metal fabrication and powder coating industry.
