Required Skills/Experience:  * High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred. * Prior work history in a customer service or sales role. Experience in fielding customer concerns in an omni channel environment is a plus. * Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License. Paid Training is provided for all hires. * Excellent interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities. Able to quickly establish rapport with people. * Demonstrated ability to employ patience, empathy and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner. * Computer fluency; working knowledge of software applications and advanced internet functions. * Passionate about delighting customers and communicating with them through conversation. * Able to work equally as well in a team environment, in-office or remotely.  * Self-defense knowledge and training, familiarity with firearms is preferred, but not necessary. New hires must complete full-time, paid training which includes onboarding, products and systems, sales and service, and preparation for the Producer Property and Casualty Licensing. Have you ever sold vehicles, or been in a straight commission job where the sky is the limit? What is the job: You receive inbound calls from customers looking to book new hotel reservations. You typically sell between 20% - 43% of the calls that you take. This all depends on your closing skill set. Did you build rapport, did you sell the sizzle of the free amenities, did you create urgency, etc. Does this cost me anything: No, there is no cost to join the company, and there is no lead cost to you. The company pays for all of the leads. How much can I make: You can make anywhere from $14 - $36 per sale on average. Example: If you take 300 phone calls in one day and sell 20% of those, you would have made 60 sales that day. 60 sales times at least $14 per sale would mean that you made $840 that day. If you did that 5 days a week, you would have made $4,200 that week. What are the hours: We are open 24/7 365 days a year. Your work schedule is completely up to you. You work when you want. You take off when you want. No one is going to tell you when to clock in, when to clock out, when to go to lunch, or when you can take vacation, etc. Where do I work from: You work from home, or from anywhere in the USA. Each time that you want to work, you would login to the platform with your user name and password and start receiving phone calls. When you sign in (any time of the day, 24/7, 365 days a year), you will receive calls from customers looking to make hotel reservations. You don't need a phone to receive the calls, the call will be delivered through the chrome browser via your internet connection and headset. A laptop and desktop works for this role. An IPAD/tablet or trying to do it from a cell phone will not work for this role. When do I get paid: If you accept a call which results in a hotel booking, you earn a commission based on the booking profit after the guest checks out. You are paid weekly, via check, or direct deposit. As an independent contractor, no benefits are provided. Based on your overall performance, you can expect to make anywhere from $20 - $105 USD per hour. Actual amounts vary depending on your sales performance.
