The Territory Sales Team Lead is a field position responsible for hiring, training, developing, and supervising a team of Territory Sales Representatives (“TSR") who go door-to-door, educating homeowners on gutter protection, and generating leads for the sales team. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits, an outstanding base pay, personal commissions, and team overrides. $75,000-$85,000+ On Track Earnings. The region includes Washington, DC, Prince George's County, Waldorf, Southern Anna Arundel County, and throughout southern Maryland. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Drive canvassing-based marketing to generate sales leads for the sales team. • Manage team territory to generate customer leads. • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of TSR’s within the region. • Create accountability tracking and reporting, lead generation, and goal achievement. • Work closely with the local Operations and Installation Managers. Preferred Skills • 2+ years managing in field canvassing/direct-to-consumer or sales teams • Proven sales, lead generation, recruiting, and training experience. • Previous door-to-door canvassing experience. • Home improvement knowledge and/or experience. • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • Willingness to work outdoors, evenings, and weekends with a high-energy, hands-on approach. • Travel within the local region Physical Requirements: • Walking, occasional stairs, exposure to outdoors – heat, cold, rain. • Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
