Responsibilities Participate in the comprehensive training program to learn about insurance products and services. Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients. Shadow experienced agents to gain insights into effective sales tactics and customer service practices. Provide support in processing insurance applications and policy renewals. Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the overall client experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly. Proficient in using technology and software for client management and communication. Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing and certifications. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
