This is a sales staffing position for Farmer's Markets, Community Events and Festivals in central Texas with high customer traffic. Indiviual must be great at customer service, product knowledge, generous in giving out product samples to all customers, able to communicate effectively encouraging customers to experience Pavlos Cookies, Baklava and Coffee and offer suggestive marketing deals. Individual will have flexible schedule and be responsible for booking their own events they want to staff during the month. Provided the event has high customer traffic, Pavlos Cookies will pay for event fee, and provide to sales person all supplies, product samples and products for sales. We pay cash 25% commission with a guarantee minimum $60.00 per event. 4 events minimum monthly 4 hours minimum per event $400.00 minimum sales per event Over the past year since Pavlos Cookies started in April 2024: High traffic community festivals we average nearly $300.00 per hour in sales High traffic Farmers Markets we average over $200.00 per hour.
