Parts Manager - Marine Dealership (Eugene)

We are looking for a Parts Manager to join our team! Clemens Marina Eugene: Industry leading North River, Hewescraft, Alumaweld, Stabicraft and Pro Steelheader boat dealer. We have top-of-the-line facilities, equipment, and work environment. We are seeking a long term “FULL TIME” fit for our Parts/Service Department. Duties Include: Motivated self-starter that has a desire to lead our parts and service team. Outstanding customer service and communication skills are required. Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses. Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers. Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments. Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff. Serve as a customer relationship manager. Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization. This is a full-time position with year-round employment. Possibility for overtime during peak season. We offer a great work environment with good people. Hours are Tuesday – Saturday, compensation best in industry. Pay will increase with proven proficiency and reliability.
