Description

Perform store opening and closing procedures (such as cleaning, tablet placement/removal, and prepping workstations)  Create an environment prioritizing customer and providing excellent customer interactions  Check in, verify and/or create new customer profiles upon entry to the dispensary  Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with customer information and interactions (on and off the clock)  Controlling the pace of customer traffic within the dispensary  Educate and assist customers in creating orders by providing suggestions in regard to available products based on physician recommendations and specific customer needs  Informing customers of any current promotions or highlighted products  Create customer orders and accept payment at POS using provided operating system  Keep up to date with company brands, products, policies and procedures  Budtenders may be asked to assist in occasional deliveries (scheduled and discussed ahead of time)  Other duties as assigned by Manager  The Flowery is an equal opportunity employer. The Account Manager II – Outside Sales position will be responsible for bringing the perfect blend of hunting, farming, and customer success to the organization, ensuring our customers the receive care and support they deserve.
