Understand & Advise: Use active listening and product expertise to assess homeowner needs (hurricane protection, energy efficiency, aesthetic upgrades) and recommend the right solutions. Hit Your Targets: Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Build Relationships: Deliver exceptional service by answering questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring each homeowner feels confident in their purchase. What We’re Looking For Sales Experience: 1+ year in sales, telemarketing, collections, or call-center roles (home improvement background a plus). Communication Pro: Strong phone presence, persuasive negotiation skills, and an ability to turn hesitation into “yes!” Resilient & Goal-Oriented: You thrive on targets, love healthy competition, and bounce back quickly from setbacks.
