We are seeking a rockstar and results-driven Appointment Setter - Outbound Caller. The candidate must have a great attitude and PRIOR sales / call center experience (NO exceptions). Must have a proven track record in making scheduling appointments and making outbound calls. We receive dozens of leads daily through our paid ads. Your responsibility will be to call the leads back and turn them into booked appointments / sales. ENGLISH must be your first language. This role requires effective communication and COMMUNICATION and sales skills to engage with clients, and build rapport, and schedule appointments / sales. Duties: Call customer leads with urgency and in an organized manner. Utilize sales techniques to book customers over the phone. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue. Managing outbound calls and follow up protocols, keeping track of each customer's status in the pipeline. Experience 2-3 years of experience in a call center sales role Memorizing scripts and executing calls with enthusiasm Compensation: $60000-$65000. Base: $40,000 plus potential to make another $20,000-$25,000 in commissions. This is an in-house full time position based in a gorgeous Midtown Manhattan Luxury Spa. Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute to Midtown Manhattan.
