We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one or our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Hixson, TN area. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. While driving the sales initiatives of Mavis, Service Managers must communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations. Do you have experience selling life/heath/supplemental/auto/home insurance, car warranties, or credit card debt reduction services? Have you ever sold vehicles, or been in a straight commission job where the sky is the limit? What is the job: You receive inbound calls from customers looking to book new hotel reservations. You typically sell between 20% - 43% of the calls that you take. This all depends on your closing skill set. Did you build rapport, did you sell the sizzle of the free amenities, did you create urgency, etc. Does this cost me anything: No, there is no cost to join the company, and there is no lead cost to you. The company pays for all of the leads. How much can I make: You can make anywhere from $14 - $36 per sale on average. Example: If you take 300 phone calls in one day and sell 20% of those, you would have made 60 sales that day. 60 sales times at least $14 per sale would mean that you made $840 that day.
