The autopen New record !!! On December 12, 2024, Joe Biden 'signed' 1,530 executive orders. This is a new record. The old record was 177, set by Bill Clinton. Thank goodness for autopen !!! If Biden had used the normal procedure of actually looking at what he was signing, it would have taken more than 2 weeks.
