Same rate during training. Schedule Part-time: 2–4 shifts/week, typically 8 hours per shift Weekly schedule is finalized and posted by Friday for the following week based on harvest load; we communicate any changes as early as possible Shifts will include a mix of harvest-focused and lighter coverage days for quality control and upkeep Start: ASAP Physical and Mental Demands This job requires periods of standing, sitting, lifting, repetitive motion, and close visual work.
