We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO Target total compensation ranges from $157,000-170,000, including a fixed annual salary of $140,000-153,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.  Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. About the role: We are seeking a highly dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating internal and external meetings, and handling extensive travel arrangements. This role requires someone who is adaptable, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Responsibilities: Executive Support: Enhance the CEO's efficiency and effectiveness through comprehensive support. Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage all aspects of internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and communications. Travel Management: Arrange all travel details, such as booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and handling visas and passport renewals. Personal Assistance: Provide organizational support for various personal tasks, including family/children & coordinating complex family schedules. Expense Management: Handle monthly expense reports, global credit card reconciliation, and offer backup support to other assistants. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ask pertinent questions in meetings, and readily adapt to new challenges. Teamwork and Positivity: Foster a collaborative team environment, keep a positive attitude, and proactively support colleagues and company events. Office Presence: Be present in the office whenever the CEO is onsite. Typically our support teams work in office in line with those they support, however, have flexibility during periods of executive travel. The Opportunity The Executive Assistant supports one or more consultant(s) by providing ongoing assistance in all aspects of client engagements and playing an ownership role in the oversight of administrative tasks.
