The Store Manager will oversee retail store operations in Chicago, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and optimal store performance. The Property Manager is a key role within our organization, leading the onsite team at their multi-family building to success. Present, as needed, during Asset Management or ownership/investor meetings.    Lease Enforcement: Approve prospective resident applications, conduct periodic apartment inspections, evict residents, and impose and collect late fees and other charges.    Resident Satisfaction and Retention: Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and ensuring maintenance team compliance with service standards.
