Collaborate with faculty to ensure curriculum alignment and consistency. Requirements Qualifications: Active State of Indiana Esthetician License required. Active State of Indiana Educator License required Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in esthetics, is highly desirable. Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide effective instructions. A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
