Description: RMF Engineering, a National Engineering firm, is currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with proven experience designing electrical systems in the education, public safety, hospitality and/or healthcare market sectors using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. The Electrical Design Engineer will work as part of the Buildings Electrical Design team in all facets of commercial building engineering.  The Electrical Designer is responsible for: - Power distribution, including riser diagrams and panel schedules. - Low voltage infrastructure design for IT and security systems. - Lighting design, including fixture selection and controls; and lighting calculations. - Low-voltage systems including fire alarm, security and controls. - Calculate loads, fault current, and voltage drop. - Performing field surveys and construction phase support. (Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually. RMF considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.) Requirements Required Qualifications: BS Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited college or university 0-4 years electrical building systems design experience.   Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office software. Preferred Qualifications: EIT (FE) or PE Certification. Experience in power distribution and low-voltage systems. Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and standard industry design practices. Strong teamwork, communications, and client relationship skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Maintenance Technician
As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment are safe and in proper operating condition. Additional duties will be to perform all tasks following the cGMP requirements. OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acknowledge all production calls for critical point checklist and machine breakdowns Ensure all repairs and corrective maintenance performed is verified and properly documented Perform generated and all assigned Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedule in a timely manner and following listed activities on a Computerized Maintenance Management System Monitor parts and determine minimum/maximum inventory on all assigned equipment. General expectation is that this role maintains and preserves the life of all common area equipment, inclusive of both the interior and exterior of the building and complies with all City, County, State, OSHA, and all governmental agency mandates.  WHAT YOU'LL DO  Engineering management of a residential facility; including common areas, amenity space and parking garage. Provide quarterly cost analysis and cost projections for all utilities, chilled water, electrical, gas and on all maintenance items needed, filters, belts, valves, and maintenance equipment. Efficiency analysis and energy savings audits done on a quarterly basis. Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program to include all components of the building.  Implement and maintain all required maintenance SOPs as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management.  Maintain any “green energy” qualifications of the building.  Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all building component inspections.  Supervises full maintenance team and any other departments as assigned by the GM.  Develops training to ensure excellence in job performance.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors. Coordinate contracted services and repairs, alongside the GM.  Keeps complete and accurate records of all maintenance requests submitted, commented on, and completed. Must be available for “on-call” after hours, weekends, and holidays and available for emergencies, as needed.  Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing assigned duties.   Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  High school diploma or equivalent WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  A minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, preferably in high-rise facilities.
