We are a two-person architectural firm with over 45 years of combined experience, specializing in residential remodel projects. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Revit Drafter to support us with production work and help establish systems that streamline our project workflows. To apply, please send your resume. Responsibilities: - Produce accurate and detailed drawings in Revit for residential projects. - Support architects in developing construction documents, repeatable details, and production systems. - Assist with project onboarding, including setting up files, organizing details, and documenting processes. - Collaborate with architects to find design and drafting solutions for new projects. - Create and maintain spreadsheets, templates, and other resources to improve clarity for clients (e.g., fees, timelines, deliverables). - Participate in portfolio reviews and initial client meetings as needed. - Contribute to marketing efforts by preparing materials that showcase past and potential projects. Ideal Qualifications - Proficiency in Revit with prior drafting experience (residential project experience preferred). - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent work. - Organized and comfortable creating systems, templates, and repeatable processes. - Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage work within a flexible part-time schedule.
