Key Responsibilities: Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction Arrange business development meetings with prospective and current clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Strong understanding of company services, as well as, business position and competition to keep business competitive Review scope of work for current contracts to identify sales opportunities Attend bid walk through, obtain pricing, prepare cost sheets, take the lead on RFP and proposal process Skills/Qualifications: High school diploma/GED Must pass background check Bachelor’s degree preferred (sales, marketing or business administration) Previous work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role Must have a valid driver's license and clean driver abstract Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet Must have excellent organizational ability and financial aptitude. The General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field construction operations which includes: a. Managing field leaders such as Superintendents, Foreman, and other site leads b.
