Requirements The ideal candidate will bring: ·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. ·         Minimum of 15 years of experience in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications and information systems design/operations. ·         Proven expertise in one or more professional/technical specialty areas with demonstrated impact on multiple complex projects. ·         Ability to innovate and propose original solutions to broad technical challenges. ·         Strong leadership experience in supervising engineers and managing technical projects. ·         Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. ·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
