We are seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to guide prospects and customers in leveraging advanced analytics platforms to transform their digital products and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive technical discovery, deliver compelling proofs of concept, and position solutions to address client business outcomes. You will act as a technical advisor, ensuring customers understand and fully realize the platform’s capabilities. This position requires both technical acumen and excellent communication skills, offering the opportunity to work with leading brands and directly influence business growth while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Accountabilities ·         Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with technical stakeholders across strategic accounts in the Northeast region. ·         Serve as a subject matter expert on analytics, experimentation, and audience targeting platforms, advising customers on best practices and product usage. ·         Lead technical discovery sessions, proofs of concept, and presentations to showcase the value of the platform in addressing business objectives. ·         Collaborate closely with account executives, product managers, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience. ·         Support trial periods and onboarding of prospective customers to maximize engagement and adoption. ·         Document and communicate client feedback and product requirements to internal teams to inform product development and roadmaps. ·         Travel to client sites as needed to deliver demos and presentations, strengthening customer relationships. Requirements ·         7+ years of experience in software pre-sales, solution engineering, or related roles. ·         Technical background in cloud infrastructure, digital analytics, product analytics, marketing analytics, data analysis, experimentation, and/or proficiency with SQL and BI tools. ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to technical and executive audiences. ·         Proven ability to develop and deepen relationships with technical stakeholders. ·         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, high-performing team environment. ·         Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and product features.
