Stanbridge University is seeking a Product Coordinator to support the planning, documentation, and execution of SaaS and EdTech product initiatives. This role focuses on assisting with the early-stage planning of new features, translating requirements into actionable deliverables, and creating clear, user-friendly documentation for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS product workflows, an eye for detail, and the ability to organize and communicate effectively across teams. This is a full-time onsite position in Irvine, CA. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders during the planning phase to gather ideas, research user needs, and outline proposed features before development begins. Translate early product concepts into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and initial technical documentation. Assist in organizing and maintaining the product backlog; ensure items are scoped, prioritized, and ready for development. Coordinate with developers, UX designers, QA analysts, and IT support to track progress and resolve requirements questions. Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, backlog refinement, product demos) as a supporting contributor. Help define user acceptance criteria and assist in UAT testing and rollout planning. Draft and maintain end-user documentation, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and training materials. Create release notes, API integration guides, and onboarding resources for new features. Track basic product usage metrics and compile reports for leadership review. Assist in planning and documenting API integrations or interoperability features (e.g., LTI tools). Qualifications: Must be able to work full-time onsite in Irvine, CA. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience. 1–3 years of experience in a product support, technical writing, or business analyst role (preferably with SaaS or web-based products). Demonstrated ability to write clear, accurate, and user-friendly product documentation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Exposure to API-driven systems, software integrations, or EdTech/LMS platforms is a plus. Passion for delivering intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital products that support educational outcomes. Related experience may include: Associate Product Manager, Junior Product Manager, Product Management Associate, Product Manager, Product Analyst, Product Support Specialist. $65,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on education and experience. F-35 Information Technology Systems Engineer
ACT1 Federal is seeking an Information Technology Systems Engineer to support the F‑35 Joint Program Office (JPO) efforts to improve the F-35 the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Information Technology systems. ALIS and ODIN are large and complex IT systems that integrate and enable functions including the maintenance, repair, and supply actions necessary to keep F-35s operational and increase combat capabilities for the United States military services and our allies around the world. You will be a valuable member of the F-35 JPO’s Maintenance Systems (MxS) Program Management Office (PMO) engineering team that is responsible for architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, requirements management, configuration management, and test & evaluation of the ALIS/ODIN systems. ERP Manager - Cincinnati, Ohio, United States - ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED We are seeking a results-oriented IT ERP Manager to manage our company's JDE EnterpriseOne ERP system and manage our IT resources. You will be responsible for the technical design, development, and support of Orchestrations within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This role will ensure functional designs are stable, reliable, and scalable Information Technology systems. The role is also responsible for verifying production applications are operating at optimal levels and production issues are addressed quickly and accurately. Role Responsibilities: Lead the management and configuration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. Oversee ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and patches, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Collaborate with finance and other departments to understand their requirements and develop solutions within JD Edwards. Troubleshoot system issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system. Manage and mentor the ERP support team (internal and external) providing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality results, setting performance goals and evaluating progress. Coordinate with third-party consultants for specialized support and system optimization. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies to ensure the ERP system remains cutting-edge. Requirements Experience/Skills/Abilities: Minimum 5 years of IT Leadership role Minimum 10 years of experience supporting and developing Financial ERP systems, preferably with JDE / E1 experience Strong understanding of ERP modules, with focus on Finance and Accounting Leadership and project management experience in ERP environments. Significant experience of managing a portfolio of projects or a complex program, with the ability to manage a changing portfolio with internal and external contractors. Ability to manage vendor relationships and work cross-functionally. Excellent technical knowledge and deep understanding of JD Edwards files and relationships as background to provide advice on data integrity issues. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
