Utilize these charges to draft petitions, complaints, and targeted discovery aimed at gathering key evidence to satisfy the elements of the jury charge. Legal Drafting: Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, and complaints for cases in both state and federal court jurisdictions, while meticulously addressing all relevant legal elements and strategic objectives. Evidence Analysis: Meticulously review and analyze discovery records and gathered evidence, drafting motions to compel as necessary, and ensuring the complete and accurate presentation of case information. Deadline Management: Proactively monitor and adhere to all court deadlines and statutes, guaranteeing the timely and error-free submission of all legal documents. Trial Preparation: Assemble flawless and comprehensive trial binders, preparing all necessary materials to support attorneys in court proceedings. Motion Drafting: Draft legal motions as needed, applying in-depth analysis and clear articulation of legal arguments. Qualifications: Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience specializing in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law and Employment Law, with substantial exposure to complex litigation. Expertise: Demonstrate ability to independently draft and respond to discovery requests and develop tailored legal strategies from scratch.
