Our client, a leading law firm specializing in business immigration, is seeking a Business Immigration Coordinator to join their Case Assembly Team in Boston. This onsite, temporary role runs Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, for 6-8 weeks, paying $25/hour. Key Responsibilities Assemble, organize, and package immigration petitions for attorneys. Maintain case status, meet deadlines, and escalate issues as needed. Organize, file, and scan legal documents. Prepare cases for shipping. Learn procedures for non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Follow documented policies and processes for compliance. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with Microsoft Excel and other computer systems. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented and collaborative.
