Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning/Probate Attorney with relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable managing their own caseload, communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel, and handling estate matters with professionalism and care. Responsibilities: • Assisting with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents • Providing support for probate and trust administration matters from start to finish • Advising clients on estate and tax planning strategies • Meeting with clients to assess goals and develop tailored legal solutions • Conducting legal research and staying up to date on changes in relevant law • Collaborating with support staff and maintaining accurate records Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in OR and WA license is preferred. • Experience in private practice focused in estate planning and/or probate law • Knowledge of state probate and trust laws • Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills • Outstanding communication and client relationship skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team How to apply We request that candidates submit a resume and cover letter in .doc or .pdf file to DMoser@dunncarney.com when applying for this position.
