Structured Finance Real Estate Attorney/JD (new york city: manhattan)

Beacon Hill Legal's client, an international financial institution located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Attorney or law grad for a hybrid role. The person hired will be responsible for negotiating and drafting loan agreements for various real estate debt (including mezzanine loans), and work with both borrowers and lenders to structure deals, manage risk, and ensure compliance through the closing process. Role Details The position will be hybrid, with four days being onsite and one day being remote. The role is anticipated to last a minimum of 3-4 months, with the potential to extend into the new year. The role is full time-eight hours per day and 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri). The role is looking to start immediately.
