Working Civil Superintendent (Hamilton)

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! J & J Excavating and Trucking in Corvallis MT is currently seeking a motivated Working Civil Superintendent to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of 1 to 3 projects depending on schedule and size, managing several crews of workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: -Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers on site -Ensuring safety regulations are always followed -Experience managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment -Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and project managers -Managing equipment and materials inventory -Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the excavation or construction industry to include working with utilities and sitework, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You must have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Must be willing to travel when needed.
