We are growing in all areas of Northern California and looking to add a skilled Handyman to our ranks. Will need to have proven skills in all areas of construction and handyman type work. As a Technician you will be working on bathroom and kitchen remodels, drywall, painting, flooring, roof repairs, siding, and small framing jobs. Also, you will need to have basic knowledge or minor electrical and plumbing repairs, lighting repairs, smoke detector installs. Need to have advanced tool knowledge, know how to read and understand plans, be proficiant in paperwork and invoicing. You will need to be able to work alone with not a lot of supervision, or with a group under the direction of a project manager. Technician will need to pass A DMVR, have his own truck or work van, provide his own tools and have a clean appearance due to being around customers daily. The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for managing all janitorial staff and services. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, creating schedules, and managing the staff, and ensuring all janitorial services are being completed to the highest standards. This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills and an attention to detail.Requirements Janitorial Supervisor Responsibilities:  Assigning janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established standards are met.  Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed.  Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing management when supplies are depleted.  Assisting with the screening and hiring of new job applicants.  Providing training and guidance to janitorial staff.  Resolving conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner.  Attending meetings and in-service training sessions as required.  Performing all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages.

Replace Enterprise network equipment such as access points and switches as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to network operations. 5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and ethernet connections using specialized testing equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of low-voltage systems with the overall network infrastructure. 7. Keep accurate records of work performed, equipment installed, and configuration changes made to facilitate tracking and maintenance. 8. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in resolving network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or in a similar role, with a focus on cooling, fishing, and terminating Ethernet cables. 2. Hands-on experience in replacing Enterprise network equipment like access points and switches. 3. Proficiency in using tools such as a laptop, drill, Ethernet equipment, and Ethernet testing equipment to perform job responsibilities effectively. 4. Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and network infrastructure and cable certification 5. Education and Certifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. Certification in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, or related field is preferred. 3. Knowledge: Understanding of DOT regulations, load securement, and basic vehicle maintenance. Skills: Ability to operate heavy equipment (preferred but not required), strong teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform physical labor as needed.
