What We’re Looking For: • At least 2+ years of real experience in water damage estimating, restoration, or insurance claim handling. • Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and paperwork. • A proven ability to sell and close jobs while keeping customer satisfaction high. • Excellent communication skills — both with customers and insurance reps. • A motivated, self-driven professional who takes pride in their work.
