Job Summary: We’re seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor with direct field experience in residential foundation repair and structural work. You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. We are seeking a skilled, full-time Millwork Finisher with hands-on experience operating industrial finishing equipment and preparing materials for a range of custom wood products. Responsibilities: Sanding, buffing, polishing, and toning using industrial finishing machines and tools. Preparing surfaces for finishes including primer, paint, stains, and clear coats.
