We promote from within and offer opportunities to expand your certifications, responsibilities, and future in the trades. ________________________________________ Job Summary: We’re seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor with direct field experience in residential foundation repair and structural work. You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership and grow within a company that promotes from within. This role requires extensive field experience in residential foundation repair, carpentry, and concrete forming, as well as expertise in grade beams, caissons, and seismic retrofitting. It also demands hands-on knowledge of underpinning for both raised and slab foundations, retaining wall installation, and proficiency in rebar placement and structural concrete work. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: • Lead and direct multiple in-house crews daily • Coordinate with Foremen to ensure quality work on structural repairs • Visit job sites across Los Angeles County and Ventura County • Access subfloor and crawlspace areas to inspect raised foundations and ongoing work • Use a computer to input field data into spreadsheets and project tracking tools • Manage job schedules, material orders, subcontractors, and inspections • Monitor jobsite safety and ensure crews follow best practices • Communicate with clients, vendors, and city inspectors • Conduct quality control checks and track project progress • Attend weekly office meetings and report project status ________________________________________ Requirements: • Hands-on construction experience (field work is required) • Proven ability to manage structural repair projects and field crews • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills • Comfortable crawling under homes and inspecting raised foundations • Able to multitask across multiple active job sites ________________________________________ Perks & Benefits: • Competitive pay: $80K–$145K/year (TOP SUPERVISORS EARN $180k+) • Robust health coverage: Employer contribution towards Kaiser Medical and Dental Insurance • Vision insurance • Retirement planning: 401(k) plan to help you invest in your future • Bonuses: Performance-based bonus opportunities • Career growth: Clear paths for advancement and leadership development • Company phone provided • Job stability: Over 30 years of consistent growth and success ________________________________________ Schedule: • Monday–Friday • Weekends as Needed • Day shift ________________________________________ Work Location: In-person – Sunland, CA 91040, Los Angeles County and Ventura County (Local travel required daily) ________________________________________ Equal Opportunity Employer: Alpha Structural is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
