Minimum Requirements • Minimum ten years experience as a successful residential remodeling bags-on superintendent • Proficiency solving mechanical and spatial problems in a busy remodeling environment • Strong interest and/or education in the arts, architecture, carpentry, and/or sustainability • Great at setting and managing expectations • Experience working with both historic and modern homes • Valid Washington State Driver’s License • Reliable work vehicle capable of transporting lumber and sheet goods, with insurance • Complement of personal hand and power tools for general and specialty carpentry • Ability to read building plans and specifications and translate them into a finished product • Capable of safely lifting 60 pounds, ability to safely work on ladders and/or roofs • Clean, organized, safety conscious, motivated and courteous, with a great customer service attitude To Apply • Email applications only • Include your name in the subject field • Tell us a bit about yourself • Include a resume or work history in PDF format only • Don’t forget your phone number Employee Benefits and Work Culture This is a full-time field superintendent / carpentry position at various locations in Seattle. Projects are a mix of new home construction and home remodeling with a focus on high quality workmanship, customer service, and sustainability. Most projects consist of a drew of 2 people each.
