We are looking for an experienced Hardwood Installer to help out on a couple of upcoming projects. You must have a valid CA drivers license, reliable transportation, speak english (it does not have to be perfect) and the ability to speak spanish would be a plus. Most importantly, you must take your work seriously. We are looking for a professional, who takes pride in there work, a craftsman that has enough experience to handle an installation by themselves. Journeyman CMU Block Mason – $40/hr | Short-Term Contract | San Jose, CA Construction team is seeking a skilled Journeyman CMU Block Mason for a 2–3 week contract on a park/playground project in San Jose, California. This is a hands-on role requiring precision masonry work and coordination with other trades. Position Overview: You’ll be working on CMU block wall installations with tight tolerances and small openings, including doors and windows. The project involves building up to 9 feet high with multiple grout lifts and supervising support laborers on-site. Carpenter in mostly commercial environment. 5 years minimum experience, from concrete to finish carpentry. Experience in metal framing required. Experience in plastic laminate, melamine, solid surface, adhesives, fastners, and hardware is a plus. Must be experienced and competent with power and hand tools.
