Shop MIG Welder Needed!! (Kaukauna, WI)

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a MIG Welder for an immediate start in Kaukauna, WI! WEEKLY PAY! PAY: $25-$30/hour (based upon experience) HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40 hours/week) SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 4:00pm START DATE: 9/8/2025 DURATION: 2-3 months About the Role: We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to assist in a steel fabrication shop. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating raw materials for construction purposes. The ideal candidate has strong MIG welding skills, shop experience, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Responsibilities: --Perform MIG welding on raw steel materials for construction projects --Fabricate and assemble structural components according to specifications --Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders --Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently --Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy --Maintain a clean and safe work environment --Assist with other shop duties as needed Qualifications: --Proven experience as a MIG welder (required) --Ability to read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings --Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety standards --Attention to detail and quality workmanship --Physical ability to lift materials and work in a steel fabrication environment --Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented Additional Requirements: --Must be eligible to work in the United States --Must have reliable transportation to the job site WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER!
