Sheet Metal Fabricator/Installer

We offer the following benefits and incentive package: • Paid health insurance including vision and dental • 1 Week paid vacation time • Up to 4% 401k match • Company Team events We are a growing company looking to fill the following position: Sheet Metal Fabricator/Installer Qualified Candidates should possess the following: • OSHA10 for Construction required • Team player mentality • Be at least 21 years old and possess a clean driving record • Experience with flashings, wall panels, standing seam roofs, general sheet metal fabrication, soldering, riveting, and layout. • Display proficiency with precision measuring equipment and shop math. • Ability to read and understand blueprints, written specifications, and/or drawings. • Possess the knowledge and experience with multiple fabrication techniques and the ability to recognize and correct problems. • Communicate effectively with their team as well as other departments to maximize productivity and efficiency • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without supervision, keeping their work area clean and organized • Knowledge of sheet metal fastening. i.e., riveting, screwing, soldering, and caulking. Compensation range is $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.
